Fallbrook

At Crestwood Fallbrook Healing Center, our innovative trauma-informed recovery programs are based on Crestwood’s commitment to providing persons served a continuum of mental health care that puts them on the road to recovery. Persons served are welcomed into our homelike, therapeutic environment where they receive a range of highly effective recovery services. These unique services include Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP), a self-help recovery treatment tool designed to decrease negative mental health symptoms, increase personal responsibility, and improve quality of life. Our campus also provides a versatile array of groups for persons served to participate in during their recovery that encourages active participation in treatment planning from the moment of admission.

At Crestwood Fallbrook Healing Center, we provide individuals with access to a wide range of wellness tools and staff support to assist them in recovering with an enhanced sense of resilience. Our mission is to restore hope, empowerment, community, and psychiatric stabilization in each person served.

Community reintegration strategies and dual recovery are key tenets of our MHRC program. Our reintegration practices are designed for persons served who need help developing some of the basic life skills necessary to thrive as they return to their communities. We accomplish successful reintegration through various modalities including classes, therapy, community service, and peer mentorship. We also provide persons served with an opportunity to participate in our Dreamcatchers Empowerment Network (DEN). This program provides individuals with pre-employment training to gain professional development skills that support sustainable employment after leaving our campus. During their participation in DEN, the people we serve are able to become Dreamcatcher employees, which helps provide them with meaningful roles and services while being a part of our Crestwood community.
