San Luis Obispo

In partnership with the County of San Luis Obispo Behavioral Health, Crestwood San Luis Obispo County PHF offers innovative programs that are based on Crestwood’s commitment to providing a continuum of care for persons served that puts them on the road to recovery. We welcome persons served into a homelike, soothing, and therapeutic environment where they participate in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP), a self-help recovery treatment system designed to decrease negative mental health symptoms, increase personal responsibility, and improve their quality of life.

Our Crestwood San Luis Obispo County PHF provides an alternative to traditional psychiatric care by providing a recovery-oriented milieu that emphasizes collaboration, empowerment, peer providers, family partners, and a cultivated healing environment. We provide the structure and support needed to promote stabilization and foster recovery in the lives of the people we serve. At Crestwood, our goal is to restore a sense of hope and self-empowerment in each person served by helping them overcome mental health setbacks and partnering with them to create a transition plan that enables them to return to their community.
