Programs
Pathways
The Pathways program at Crestwood Eureka is an Adult Residential Facility and a Medi-Cal certified Social Rehabilitation program. Our Pathways program is overseen by Service Coordinators and Marriage and Family Therapists who provide a structured and engaging schedule to teach recovery-based independent living skills. At Crestwood Eureka, our primary goal is to assist persons served in discovering solutions to mental health barriers that prevent them from thriving in their community and attaining their personal life goals. Through our recovery process, we encourage relationships with self, peers, the community, service providers, and family or chosen supports. By helping foster these relationships, peer support and connection become an avenue for persons served to experience hope, strength, inspiration, mentorship, and a sense of belonging.
Adult Residential Program
Crestwood Behavioral Health Center
Crestwood Eureka is designed to give staff the opportunity to work very closely with persons served to set and achieve recovery goals. We use a variety of approaches to empower our persons served and provide individuals with access to a wide range of wellness tools and staff support to assist them in recovering with an enhanced sense of resilience.
Community reintegration strategies and dual recovery are key tenets of our MHRC program. Our reintegration practices are designed for persons served who need help developing some of the basic life skills necessary to thrive as they return to their communities. We accomplish successful reintegration through various modalities including classes, therapy, community service, and peer mentorship. We also offer a recreation program that encourages empowerment through a range of activities and outings that help persons served maintain a healthy relationship with society. As persons served receive essential mental health care, our goal is to support each individual in transitioning to a lower level of care or returning to the community with solid tools for their success.
