AUGUST
SAMHSA Grant
Crestwood was awarded a SAMHSA training grant bringing the national trauma trainer, Raul Almazar, to Crestwood for consultation, facility visits and a two-day intensive training.

JANUARY
New Campuses
Crestwood opens Crestwood Rehabilitation and Recovery Center, a MHRC, on our Vallejo campus. We opened the Eureka Bridge Program, a licensed adult residential facility, on our Eureka campus opens. Our House at Crestwood Solano, licensed as an adult residential facility, is opened in Vallejo. Crestwood’s Fresno Bridge Program opens as a licensed adult residential facility and a social rehabilitation program. Crestwood Healing Center in Pleasant Hill opens the Bridge Program, an adult residential facility, on its campus.

3-Year CARF Accreditation
Crestwood receives our fourth three-year Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) Accreditation of our community programs, accounting office and corporate office.

Sacramento PHF
In July 2012, Crestwood opens our fifth Psychiatric Health Facility (PHF) on our Sacramento Center campus.

SAMHSA Sponsored Training
Crestwood was selected for a SAMHSA-sponsored training in 2013 on the Integration of Trauma-Informed Care in our programs, with goals of coercive. This is incorporated in our programs from orientation throughout employment.

DECEMBER
Electronic Health Records Implementation
Crestwood implements our new Electronic Health Record program in our campuses using Point Click Care.

APRIL
Solano PHF
In April 2014, Crestwood opens its sixth Psychiatric Health Facility (PHF) on our Solano campus. This PHF program provides an alternative to traditional psychiatric care through collaboration, empowerment, a healing environment, peer providers, family partners, and a recovery-oriented milieu.

San Diego MHRC
In June 2014, Crestwood opens our seventh Mental Health Rehabilitation Center (MHRC), Crestwood San Diego, on our first campus in San Diego County.

3-Year CARF Accreditation

Chula Vista MHRC
Crestwood Chula Vista Mental Health Rehabilitation Center (MHRC) opens in July 2015 and is our second campus in the San Diego area.

Eureka Pathways
Eureka Pathways opens on our Eureka campus in December 2015. This program is an Adult Residential Facility and Medi-Cal certified Social Rehabilitation program.

FEBRUARY
Kingsburg
Crestwood’s Kingsburg Healing Center, a Mental Health Rehabilitation Center (MHRC), opens February 1 in Kingsburg, located in Fresno County.

Friese Hope House
On July 1st Crestwood assumed operations of Freise HOPE House, a 14-bed Crisis Residential Treatment program located in Bakersfield.
